SATURDAY, APRIL 13: THE HIGHWAY MEN / OUTLAWS SHOW
1975, I traveled all the way to Nashville, TN. My first road tour, on our big bus. Suzanne & The Country Sound, our little family band, to promote my first & only 45 record. “Seasons of our Love”. I listened to the 8 track recording of “The Outlaws” all the way there and back until I had it memorized. Loved those guys. The Highway Men came out years later. Darell and the boys are going to replicate these powerful legends and do a marvelous job. I will sing Jessie’s part, well because I just respect her and Darell asked me to.
